A quick off the cuff shoot with the beautiful Rachael, whilst we were checking out this part- restored church for a forthcoming event in Glasgow. I love the fact we hadn’t planned it, yet she looks so together – complete with matching lipstick and nails. The day was overcast but still the light fell magically.
Taken in natural light, Mia looks stunning, though she wouldn’t agree with you. Full of life, beauty and youth.
Still a week or so of hectic work to go and then some much needed downtime to re-address a few neglected areas of my life. Eating natural, yoga, being creative and spending time with family and friends….I cannot wait!

Today Mia and our good friend Elaine went to Spa in the City in Edinburgh. Taster sessions are available over two days (though you need to get there early to grab a slot!). Mia and I both booked in with Benefit to try out some of their products. Between us we already have a few and it was a good chance to add some more to our wish list.

Neither image has been edited at all, the first is so vibrant with dark glossy leaves and the second pale, faded and fragile….
